When I’m exhausted, I usually gravitate toward activities that drain me even more. But we deserve to take a break, so i decided not to ignore my body’s whispers for rest. Today was time to relax and chill.
Today was all about recharging, having breakfast in bed, meal plan for the next week, I went to gym, and I had a new nail-polish. The idea was to give my body, mind, and heart a chance to relax and recharge. I owe myself the gift of a deep breath and a view of the long sunset.
After all, we can’t increase the number of hours in the day, but we can increase the quality of those hours.
