Happiness at office can raise profits and productivity as well.

OH yes if you choose a job you love, you will never have to work a day in your life.

It is rare to find a manager who consult their staff or encourage them to express their opinion rather than giving them orders all the time.

I find joy in failure even if I’m kinda of a perfectionist, because those darkest moments usually inspire my best work.

I think it is okay to learn on the job, because no one can be perfect from the start till the end and there is no shame of doing mistakes or asking for help.

I need to surround myself with positive (but not yes) people.

I tell myself to stick to my guns and don’t let anyone shouted me down because I worked hard to be where  am today!

In the end if it impossible to make it, take a break! Yes it is important to recharge batteries and clear your head for better thoughts.
