GREY

Because the days come and go. I have done what I could. Tomorrow is a new day. I will try to begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with my old nonsense.

Yes, some days are shit. Some days are awful, the shit hit the fan. But these days don’t last forever, and they finish when you shut your eyes and sleep. I know that my problems won’t go away overnight, but my stress and my pain and will be less.

I don’t want to hold onto the bad. I try to let it go, as quickly as possible and will hold on the good things and not let the excitement of the moment slips away.

Vacation Recap!!

A recap from my vacation! Hope u like ♡

There is nothing like a sunny vacation. The warmth, happiness and joy among family and friends.
Since the weather was not so much fun here in sweden, I couldn’t help it but to let myself fly away on a trip to where is the sun and no where is better than home.

Flying to Egypt gave me a kind of boost that you can’t compare with anything else. Wonderful! Pure magic and pure bliss.

In Egypt I met my family and beloved ones, ate large amounts of watermelon, listened to music, had long breakfasts, stayed under the sun, and slept like an old man at times.

During my vacation I stayed in the Mena House hotel which was exceptional. My greeting upon arrival was so friendly.

My room had the swimming pool view and it was large, clean and very comfortable. I had my dinner at the one of their restaurants with the pyramids view in front of me, the food was plentiful, and delicious with a wide choice and variety.

The pool was spotlessly clean and the area around well kept and relaxing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again in a heart beat. In fact I want to go back to Egypt just to stay in this hotel.

Before the end of my vacation I also paid a visit to Sofitel El Gezira the ideally located hotel in central Cairo on the southern tip of Gezirah Island, on the Nile River.
That elegant French contemporary hotel has another amazing view of Cairo. The view of the Nile just breathtaking.

I can’t express my happiness for being at home. It really felt so good with some vacation. Love! XOXO

Midsommar – like a Swede!

Midsummer, also known as the summer solstice. Scientifically, that means that Earth’s northern pole was as tilted toward the sun as it’s going to be all year.
Sweden marks today with big celebrations, and for the first time I’m heading to the north of sweden to celebrate the Swedish “Midsommar” and to soak up the sun in the countryside, alongside the lake.

I might learn how to dance like a frog lolllll and of course getting exceptionally drunk is something of a Midsummer classic 😀

But for now I will enjoy the train trip and soon I’m surrounded with friends and dogs to celebrate the sun. XOXO
