Nailed it!

Today was a day off, and it was time to just pamper myself and my nails.

Coming from Egypt where it super easy to get into a beauty salon to fix your hair and nails at same time, it was a bit shocking not to have the same service in Sweden. And finding a cheap manicure in Stockholm is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

For many months my nails went untouched but in the depths of winter, it is not easy to maintain your nail.

With the winter chill in the air, keeping your nails sexy and strong proves to be a challenge throughout the season.

Finally I found a nice nail salon, Miss Fancy  where I was really pleased and today I paid my second visit to see the super talented Felicia, she sculptures my nails like an artist that I keep watching her while working.

I was gonna have the sleek, classic nude color, but then I chose the Stylish Brown. It is a cool shade of brown with a touch of purple.

Wearing some colors on your nails or dresses through the cold-weather months show that you are confident, artistic, individualistic and not afraid to stand out from the crowd.

On the other side, I tried out the new feminine fragrance of Paco Rabanne.

OMG I loved it. Olympéa is centred on the modern-day Cleopatra. She isn’t a mere mortal, she is a demi-goddess chosen over all else and no one can resist.

The perfume has both salty and floral smell, I could feel the sparkling green mandarin, the jasmine water mixed with fiery ginger lily. Still the perfume combined a premium selection of scents to obtain a bold and refreshing fragrance. The base notes are sandalwood, cashmere and ambergris.

Try it out if you like strong fragrances like me 😉

NEW START

I don’t escape my fights and I believe that the first step to fix any problem no matter what is actually to realize you have a problem.

My problem for the last couple of weeks was kinda of a health problem, as my back, neck and shoulders were in pain.

I learned from my chiropractor – Micaelas Kiropraktik & Kinesisk Medicin – who helped me a lot that psychological and emotional factors can cause some type of physical change resulting in the back pain.

I have been working on fixing this problem with the help of my chiropractor for the last 3 weeks. Now I feel much better and ready again to continue my training routines.

Actually I’m gonna start new type of training and I’m so looking forward for my NEW START!!

Liquid Gold ☆

Argan oil is an organic product extracted from the kernels of the argan tree, which is native to Morocco. People called “Liquid Gold”. It is extremely rich in beneficial nutrients including fatty acids and vitamin E.

As my skin has been suffering from the Swedish cold, my beautiful chiropractor – Micaelas Kiropraktik & Kinesisk Medicin – gave me these “Liquid Gold” bottles, one with a touch of vanilla scent, while the other with Jasmine scent to pamper my skin.

Since then I have been using them on my face and sometimes on my hair and they magically moisturise, hydrate and soften my skin plus they are really ideal as hair conditioner, and can even help to treat split ends and tame frizzy hair.

On the other side, not only does argan oil act as an effective moisturiser, it can also give skin a youthful glow and reduce the visibility of wrinkles. Its anti-oxidant effect makes argan oil the ideal anti-aging product. It restores elasticity and leaves skin feeling plumper and softer.

I massage a few drops of the oil into my face and neck before bed. It acts as a moisturiser and anti-ager all in one 🙂
