BANISHING MY NEGATIVE THOUGHTS!

Jasmine Elnadeem

The human mind thinks about a squillion thoughts every day. These thoughts can be positive or negative. And who doesn’t have any negative thoughts even the ones that seem positive.

I think it is ok to have negative thoughts in mind for one or two days then I try not to believe these thoughts. While it’s true that things may not have gone the way I always wanted them to, letting negative thinking obliterate your self-confidence won’t help you get back on track.

There’s nothing wrong with choosing to have a positive thought in order to survive. If you can’t get any positive thoughts, then therapy can be a safe place to explore your self talk, internal critic and to consciously rework them into empowering messages.

It is normal to experience ups and downs in our daily lives and negative events that come along can send us spiraling into a bad mood, but learning how to recognize those times when we are starting to feel down can change our feelings to something more positive.

Spread Your Wings, Time To Fly. Make The Leap & Own The Sky!

Jasmine ElnadeemRemember to surround yourself with things that make you smile or laugh. Stop over-analyzing the situation and focus on your feelings.

I still insist on keeping my goals and dreams in front of me.To make a list of all of the positive things in my life. Being grateful to where I’m now, proud of myself to pass all the obstacles and challenges through my life.

I wished to be the perfect daughter or the perfect girlfriend but I’m not perfect. I’m no baby though and I don’t need anyone to be proud of me. I will follow my dreams no matter how far I will have to go.

Today I decided to smile overcoming negative thinking and to ignore the voice inside my head telling me that I’m not good enough or not worthy of love.

Today I’m also going to gym with my friend for some happy hormones, then catching up over dinner. And tomorrow is another day! XOXO

This year I decided not to write a resolution for the new year. Whether the past was a good one or bad, I don’t want it to hold me back.

I’m gonna let my past be a stepping stones to my next success – not an anchor in which I think I have to stay. It’s time to get over the past, no matter how good or bad, and start focusing on the future.

My past helps me to relate and connect to more people what will helps me to make decisions today that will dictate my future!

In 2016 I had the chance to enjoy life and travel around, meet old and new friends and reconnect with my inner peace.

I kiss 2016 a goodbye kiss and hopefully 2017 will bring me the best possible outcome.

Positive thinking was a huge part of my success during 2016. I created a positive thought that I wanted to become real in my life and worked hard to bring it to my life.

I did dare to dream big. Think big and not let negative people discourage me.

You know that the great achievers have a habit of seeing things. They work on their dreams to achieve them. They speak about their dreams to many people because the moment they continually say them, the moment they begin to believe them more and more.

My tip to myself and to you is not to stop dreaming, work hard on your dreams and when you have reached your goals, make sure to enjoy that success as much as you can. Be positive ★

I LAUGHED IN FACE OF CANCER 🎗

Jasmine Elnadeem

What it feels like when you told that you have a cancer?!

When I was told I had a cancer, I didn’t yell, I actually laughed.

I don’t believe in fate or miracles. I believe that only my will can shape the future.

I always laughed when I panic!! Hahaha!!

The days that follow are full of shock, denial, fear, anger, and even sorrow.

I realised also that the ones who think they know me, they really don’t know anything at all.

My therapist lately told me that I’m a strong woman for being able to fight for myself over and over again.

But I have to say that I took long time working on my emotional state before I was able to actually share anything about my cancer to people.

Sharing my cancer story still not an easy task, I don’t know where to start, and when I do, people react to this kind of news in different ways.

Some reacted negatively for not knowing from the start. Others were reminded with their own fears about cancer and started to ask me questions as if I was an expert.

I believe that we are free to share what we want and I still refuse to share certain information which I consider very private.

In the end Knowing about other people’s personal experience of cancer can be a source of support and inspiration when you or someone you love is going through cancer treatment.

BE KIND TO THOSE WHO FOUGHT TO LIVE!!

There is beauty in a woman whose confidence comes from experience. She is not afraid to take risks knowing if she should fall she can pick herself back up and move forward. I have started to do this and I believe that you can do too!!
