
Have you ever met someone famous or someone you looked up to, only to realise they are no different from yourself? If not, I can tell you right now, famous people are just PEOPLE. The people that run this world live no different lives to you. They are no more special, no more gifted and no smarter than YOU. The people that change this world on a daily basis … all went to school, high school, university, some dropped out, got fired from their jobs, had no parents, no luxuries and no money. So why are they where they are today? Because they had a dream and they followed it. People say “if you believe you can then you will”. Well its true. If you truly want something, go get it. Go do it. Get up, get dressed and get out there. When I was younger I said I would change the world and look where I am today. So listen when I say .. ‘if you believe you can, you can change the world’.

GET SHIT DONE for the New Year
Nowadays I’m hearing more people talking about new year resolutions like eating healthy or exercising more, etc…
Wow that’s really impressive to see more people trying to have healthy bodies and minds. But let me tell you that it is not easy to set unrealistic plans and promise yourself too much when you have grandiose dreams for the future!
Start by asking yourself before making any promises:
1⃣ Is this the next logical step?
2⃣ Am I 100 % ready to fully commit?
3⃣ Do I believe that I am able to do this?
If you feel like the answer is no to one of those questions, then your plans are too big and there is a big chance that you will totally give up and get disappointed.
A promise you make to yourself is just as important as ones you give to your loved ones! If you keep braking your own promises there is a chance that you eventually start feeling like you can’t do anything, that you’re completely useless. Which is totally WRONG of course .
So from now on only set goals where you can answer YES to those three questions and GET SHIT DONE!!

I didn’t woke up like this! This is 9 weeks of working out and eating healthy .. Ended my relationship with rice, eat greens like a rabbit and eating less meat, drink h2o like a camel, work out like a playboy bunny, sweating like a pig *twerk-werk* and squat like a monkey, sleep more, remove negative vibes permanently and fuelled up my tank with positive vibes only.
