IMG_1977-0 Good evening to y’all. Weekend, Wiieehoo!! Hope you’re having an amazing weekend so far. Today was pretty chillaxing day. I woke up, ate a generous amount of watermelon along with more traditional breakfast foods. Then I stayed in bed reading some emails, and I went for brunch with my boyfriend. IMG_1978-0 Later on we went for shopping to get some sport clothes, and then we got coffee and fresh juices. Now time for dinner – my boo is cooking – and have some good wine.

This is what my lunch looked today. Love it! So fresh and clean. Today has been such a productive and positive day as I have been back to gym. Dinner will be with my love and then followed by a movie night. Have great evening babes!

When you’re hungry and on the run, fast food can really be so attractive because it is cheap, tasty, and, best of all, convenient. 

But fast food are tricky when you’re watching your weight or your health.

There are lots of other alternative can be healthy, well-balanced.

Do you know that people who eat fruits as part of an overall healthy diet generally have a reduced risk of cancer and other chronic diseases.

Fruits and vegetables were part of my healthy eating plan in the last few weeks especially the days I couldn’t go to the gym in order to maintain a healthy weight.
