The EMS Workout


I got lots of questions about the EMS workout I did today. It was actually my first time 😃 I went to X-shape Fitness.

The EMS works by sending low-frequency electric impulses to contract your muscles while you’re working out for 20 min.

I was a little nervous but it was really fun and I laughed a lot.

Once the buzzes started up, they first felt like pins and needles to me. We went through the reps: squats, lunges, crunches, bicep curls, etc. I’m hooked but it is not a replacement to my usual workout routine. I will go for another try 💪🏽⚡️

Kayaking away


Row Row Row dat kayak, they said and I did.

I have fallen head over heels in love with paddling after the first time and I decided to do it again.
Paddling teaches you to worry less and keep moving forward.

Summer in the Archipelago


Vaxholm The “Capital of the Archipelago”, as its nicknamed, is one of my favorite places.

One of the best things about the island of Vaxholm is that it is easily walkable. It takes about 30 minutes to cross the island.

I found a true gem called Roddarhuset, a cozy small cafe where you can enjoy art and have amazing food.
