Getting exciting products delivered to your door every month is just amazing. I have never tried the natural monthly subscription boxes before till I arrived to Sweden.

Everyone including myself loves snacks, but I prefer those nutritionist-approved snacks made with wholesome ingredients.

I tried some natural and healthy boxes since I arrived to Sweden, but finally I found the one which makes me excited every time I go to receive it.

Naturalbox.se was founded in Sweden in the spring of 2013 and was the first online subscription service for natural and organic products in Sweden offering full-size products.

What they do?

They curate monthly boxes of health and deliciousness for different lifestyles that evolve spectacularly each month. So basically every month you will discover new organic and healthy products within snacks, health and beauty.

WHY are they different?

They offer full-sized products with high value as well as samples of new organic discoveries. There are three options: Naturalbox, Mysterybox or Veganbox. I already tried 2 of them, I was pleased and now I get the Natural Box every month.

I can tell you that the small natural box will make a BIG life change – It will help you to find healthy and superfood products that you will love.

I’m in love with the innovative approach to kickstarting or enhancing a healthier lifestyle with a box full of the healthiest foods on the market.

I want also to say a big “THANK YOU” to Alicja– One of the founders – for being so helpful and nice. She even sent to me the menu in English. Awwww one of few people who makes my life in Sweden much easier.

Alicja has a long experience and expertise in education of organic lifestyle and health.

Warr;or .. Tattoo

Guess what? Last week I got my second tattoo (don’t mind the message on my T-shirt .. Hahahahaha)! Been thinking on this one for a long time now and now when it’s finally there it feels more than right.

I’m so happy with how it turned out!!

There is a story behind that tattoo which I don’t feel like sharing, but I can say I was trying for long time not to fall apart.

The tattoo is a reminder to every fight I went through and those which I will face.

I done my tattoo at the Swahili Bob’s Tattoo Stockholm by Ion.

I already have a small one on my wrist. That first one means a lot for me ∞

It can be a tough decision on what to get tattooed on your body parts. Just remember that your tattoo is a piece of art which will reflect your personality.

Mys to survive a swedish winter

Jasmine ElnadeemWhen you move from a hot country to a cold one like Sweden, you need to be extra positive in your thoughts.

Don’t expose yourself to the rain and wind until you freeze like hell. Think about all the wonderful things you are going to do when you get back indoors. Like: light candles, take a warm bath, drink hot chocolate, read a good novel, drink glögg by the open fireplace, bake or cook something delicious, get under the down-covers with your little cats, etc.

Swedish people survive their winter doing lots of Mysa.

Mysa is the Swedish word for enjoy oneself. We almost have this in English with the word snuggle, but if you’re gonna be mysering in Swedish, you can do it with someone, alone, or even in a café.

Oh, my swedish still sucks but I know the cozy words, hahahaha

Yes, the Swedes do get really tired of the darkness, rain and snow and they usually take at least one annual trip to sunny locations a year. However, they still hold a place in their hearts for these warm, cozy nights in front of the fireplace or candles when the storms are howling outside.

This weekend I won’t be doing any mysa, I will be more partying and dancing my ass off with my babe Jamie to celebrate her birthday, but you try to enjoy your mysa.
