Yeah I know, I was dreaming that my Valentine’s day will consist of a beautifully unmade bed, and gorgeous champagne cocktails, infused with rose syrup.

BUT I actually spent my Valentine’s day in Paris sleeping on the second floor of bunk bed, away from the true love. Still he sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers and red roses, then when I flew back back to Stockholm, I found my favorite tulips in red waiting for me at home.

Paris is romantic anytime of the year and that is why I wish to fly with my love to have some quality time together there, hopefully it will be sunny that time.

Folwers and roses always give me some positive thoughts, they make me smile.

And you know that red rose means passionate love ❤

Tour Maine-Montparnasse (Maine-Montparnasse Tower), also commonly named Tour Montparnasse. The building is just a horrible wreck of a structure. Built in the early 1970s, it sticks out of the Paris skyline like the proverbial sore thumb. BUT it really have the best view of Paris and the surrounding communities even without the punchline.

So if you wish to see an elegant or romantic tower, then go toEiffel Tower, but if you want to wait for few minutes to buy a ticket and see Paris from up, then go directly to the Maine-Montparnasse Tower.

In the end my “Paris Je T’Aime” was said from up here and not from Eiffel tower, I left that one for another romantic visit with my boyfriend 🙂

Spoil your Friend

Good friends are a gift in life, and it’s important to find ways to surprise them every now and then to remind them how special they are.

Yesterday I spent my afternoon with Jamie, we done shopping, walked around town and ate together. Such a fun day!!

It’s so easy to take people we care about for granted, but nothing makes you feel more alive and joyful than experiencing true happiness with a friend or loved one. so make sure you take time to let those you care for know how much you appreciate them.

Last week, we also spent a whole day together, we started with a crazy early morning to get breakfast at Nytorget 6. WOW, great place for food and drinks, friendly staff. And the nice surprise is that you are allowed to get in with our dog.

Eating breakfast with a good company is a surprisingly easy way to make the whole day better.

If you have that friend who knows your deepest, darkest secrets, you know each other inside-out and you have more fun with her/him than anyone else in the whole wide world, then don’t forget to take them out and spend a day doing fun things and sharing memories.
