HELLO MAY!

Jasmine ElnadeemJasmine Elnadeem

Good afternoon babes! How are you? ♥

May is here! It is already 5th of May!

May is my favorite month, not only because I’m born in it but also because I love number 5 which is the most dynamic and energetic of all the single-digit numbers.

Number 5 reflects those who are independent in mind and soul.

I can say I’m an adventurer and a risk-taker who has a hard time staying in one place or in one job. Yes I love change, still I’m loyal till you break my trust in you.

Pink Fluffy Cherry Blossom

Happiness is seeing Cherry blossoms in full bloom!

Just like everyone else in Stockholm I just had to take photos under the beautiful cherry trees in Kungsträdgården!

Luckily I was early because now the flowers fell and trees have green leaves instead. I know they usually last on the trees for 2/3 weeks but this year they lasted for a week or 10 days.

The central Stockholm park Kungsträdgården – King’s Garden – offers a stunning explosion of the fluffy pink petals along the way and during that time (April – May) the park is filled with visitors, Swedes and tourists alike to take photos under the trees.

Cherry blossom also called Sakura in Japanese and believe me, you need not to go to Japan to experience and appreciate the beauty of these mesmerising flowers. Hahahaha even if Sweden has a short season for these beautiful blooms, still I was lucky enough to take lovely photos ….

Hahaha social media platforms and blogs are usually showered during Swedish spring with the cherry blossom photos, that’s why I wanted to wait a bit.

Today I had a dreamy lunch and coffee with my boyfriend. Did you have a good day? Mine was fine!

PUSSILUSS!!

Flirting with flowers ※

Flowers1

Roses evoke romance, love and beauty. Revered for its velvety petals and heavenly scent, it is nice to have them in the home and garden, but did you ever wondered about rose or a flower meaning before you gift them to your beloved?

Roses and flowers have inspired people over the ages to develop a language by ascribing meanings to color.

Traditionally, the rose is considered the flower of love. Nothing beats red roses in saying “I Love You”.

When you consciously choose a certain color, variety or number of roses for someone, you bring a whole new depth to the gesture of gifting roses. The good thing about my new neighbourhood in Stockholm is that neighbours care to plant as many flowers as they can to put a smile on your face while walking around.

So don’t wait until your sweetheart appears with a bouquet of blooms to give your home some floral flair. The health benefits of adorning your abode with flowers are worth splurging on the blossoms for yourself.

Having some pretty flowers or roses around you can make you feel less negative. they can have a positive carryover impact on your mood.
