LIFE REBOOT

It is too early for a New Year resolution but this week I wanted to start with some positive vibes which can transform my life routine.

I shake things up and make some tiny changes because sometimes the biggest transformations begin with the smallest steps.

Yes I always start my working day by replying emails and reaching to the world around me. But today I’m identifying the one BIG THING that I need to achieve before I go home. It is all about prioritizing my tasks and putting some of things on the top.

In the night I will be moving my night cream from the bathroom to next to my bed because with the cold weather my skin needs more hydration.

I won’t forget to organize my workout for the week. Training can always help my mind to rest & relax.

In the end it is all about breathing, so breath, drop your body to the floor, relax and rest.

LIFE IN THE NOW

Sometimes I look to my body and remember my twenties, but I probably feel more confident now.

Happiness isn’t something that is naturally bestowed upon people. It takes effort, and a willingness to focus on positive thinking, but your hard work will pay off.

Happiness is an inside job. You look beautiful and young but sometimes you don’t feel it. And even if people can give you a compliment, only you can make yourself feel that you beautiful.

Most of us – women – grew up believing models were perfect, and that we didn’t measure up to them.

We keep striving to fit into the size 8 skinny jeans and try squeezing ourselves into dresses one size painfully smaller. It seems that we didn’t notice that we have been punishing ourselves for not fitting into the standard norm of the perfect vital statistics and body structures.

Fashion industry should admit that they don’t make clothes to fit REAL women!!

Mannequins should represent healthy life bodies and help to boost women’s body image and self-confidence when shopping, because what really matters is a healthy body and a clear mind.

Be what you want to be and LOVE your body!
