They say that reality is just a state of mind, but how to deal with a busy mind.

There are many things can make up a busy mind such as emotions, anxieties, fears, joys, relationships, etc.

You need to work with your mind and learn to drop your thoughts. Drop all these busyness, even if it may feel like you need to work on their content, it is ok to drop thoughts for a while.

Remember that busy mind leads us to do things to ease our pain in excess as watching too much TV, drink, emotional eating,feeling sick, etc..

It’s important that we learn to make compromises with our mind and not sit down with the discomfort. We need to learn when to stop chasing our problems.

Usually I know that I just needed to work less, relax more or generally revamp my circumstances and relationships in order to be empty my mind or live in peace.

But I also believe in the power of communication:

  • Sometimes all you need is sit down and write everything that is weighing you down mentally and then burn it and decide to let it go.
  • Speak up about the difficult experiences you passed as at that moment you will see them as useful and empowering instead of something to stress you out.
  • Tell someone how their actions affected you badly instead of holding it in and getting false conclusions.

In the end I always try to remember who I really want to be and I rather free my mind, grow, learn, express my emotions and thoughts freely. I won’t let my mind run on and on endlessly 😉

Halloz Monday. Here we come with some positive attitude.

I will focus on the bright side of my life and expects positive results.

Today I won’t let any negative thoughts or feelings to overwhelm me.

Even if it’s only for a few hours today, I will push all the negative feelings aside and only focus on the good things in my life.

There is nothing like believing in yourself to create a successful reality. Today I will give myself the benefit of the doubt and believe that I can do it and that I will succeed at fulfilling my goals.

Thinking positively doesn’t mean denying that there is anything wrong. BUT I will just give myself some time to think about the things that led up to my current situation, to be proud of who I became and being the woman I’m today.

PS: Today I started my first training at Fashionablefit Bootcamp which started today and for three weeks in collaboration with Adidas. Our training takes a place at the Urban Ride which is a very cool place, BUT that’s another blogpost!

NEW START

I don’t escape my fights and I believe that the first step to fix any problem no matter what is actually to realize you have a problem.

My problem for the last couple of weeks was kinda of a health problem, as my back, neck and shoulders were in pain.

I learned from my chiropractor – Micaelas Kiropraktik & Kinesisk Medicin – who helped me a lot that psychological and emotional factors can cause some type of physical change resulting in the back pain.

I have been working on fixing this problem with the help of my chiropractor for the last 3 weeks. Now I feel much better and ready again to continue my training routines.

Actually I’m gonna start new type of training and I’m so looking forward for my NEW START!!
