“SOMETIMES YOU JUST NEED TO LOOK DOWN TO FIND YOUR INSPIRATION”

For the last few of weeks, every morning I wake up, get dressed and put the shoes on that will take me through my day. But finding the motivation isn’t that easy.

I remember when I began my fitness journey, I was not super healthy. For me it was no matter where I am or where I begin, what mattered was where I will end when I’m quite old.

I believe that all it takes is that first step we decide to take. Seriously, put one foot in front of the other and begin. It is not hard and it doesn’t require turning our lives upside down.

REMEMBER TO NOT LOOK LIKE ME, LOOK LIKE YOU. YOU ARE SIMPLY UNIQUE!!

I might inspire you and that is good but when I was younger, I was afraid to be myself, it is not easy to be different, now I don’t care what people think – we are all different in a way or another.

I can’t say I’m super confident, I’m no perfect BUT I’m super fine with who I’m today. So be like you not like anyone else!

Don’t get fit because you think you should or because someone told you but because you deserve to live a full, healthy and happy life. Get fit because you are the only one who will live in that body for long time.

Start small because the best result comes with those small adjustments to the things we do every day.

I have been sacrificing an hour of sleep to get up early and go training. Yes I felt I want to snuggle more into bed but believe me I feel super happy after my workout, especially when I see myself getting the right technique.

I’m trading up those hours of sleep for some healthy habits that’ll help me find more balance.

In the end don’t wait for the right time because you’ll have to spent your whole life waiting instead of living.

Thursday sweat .. Today I invested in myself. I had today off, so it was time to wake up early for some training. I took my training to the next level.

I’m done with my first Thai PT session with André at Fightbox.

Today’s session focused on technique. André is an awesome coach and he is so generous when he explains the right moves.

Thai boxing or “Muay Thai” is a combat sport and martial art that has been developed in Thailand. It is known also as “The Art Of Eight Limbs”, because both hands, elbows, knees, and legs can be used to attack an opponent.

Today endorphins were because of the many high kicks. You know that there isn’t anyone who practices Thai that doesn’t want a higher kick. OMG so pumped!

I’m so looking forward already for the upcoming session.

Here we go another day with lots of snow and Cold! Today it was -16 degrees in Stockholm and that’s only the start. Purrrrrrrrrrrr

As the days get colder and darker, it’s easy to indulge in gloom. For the next few months, you’ll be shivering. But If you truly want to be happy during winter, don’t let yourself follow the seasonal common depression.

Today I felt to stay at home under my cozy blanket and never go out then Jamie called and I decided to join her and train at the new pretty gym.

Look at me, I am as happy as can be 🙂
