Strong physically and mentally!!


Strength comes in so many shapes and forms. Maybe you look at me and feel that I’m strong physically. Yes it is an amazing feeling to be able to lift up my own body and I always did left myself, but I believe that mental strength is equally important if not more important!

I feel strong today. We are stronger and more powerful if we left each other up! xoxo

Work hard .. Fight harder!!


Work hard for what you want because it won’t come to you without a fight.

You have to be strong and courageous and know that you can do anything you put your mind to.

If somebody puts you down or criticizes you, just keep on believing in yourself and turn it into something positive.


Get Sweaty .. Be Happy!


Sweaty but happy after a tough workout at the gym! Damn I’ve been really good this week. Today I’m done with my 5th (!!) and last workout for this week, then I’ll rest my body tomorrow 🙂



Because I workout alone, sometimes I have NO motivation at all on my way to the gym but when I get started I just want to do more and more. I always feel so damn good after. I’m also starting to feel fit again! Now time for Power Walk!
