Strength comes in so many shapes and forms. Maybe you look at me and feel that I’m strong physically. Yes it is an amazing feeling to be able to lift up my own body and I always did left myself, but I believe that mental strength is equally important if not more important!

Today, I’m a fitgirl .. What does that mean?
It means that food is my fuel and that I eat plenty of healthy, nutritious food. It means that I workout to feel and look healthy, not to match any beauty ideals of society. It means that I’m happy, satisfied and strong and don’t let others put me down. I’m proud to call myself a fitgirl.
Work hard for what you want because it won’t come to you without a fight.
You have to be strong and courageous and know that you can do anything you put your mind to.
If somebody puts you down or criticizes you, just keep on believing in yourself and turn it into something positive.
