Eating breakfast will also rev up your digestive system, and give your body energy to power through your day! A healthy well-balanced breakfast will help you to avoid snacking and over eating throughout the rest of the day!

Getting Back To The Gym!!

Good morning! How are you? Look who’s back to the GYM!! I feel better after being helpless for a week, O-op, O-op 🙂

Yesterday I had my bestfriend back to Cairo after a work trip and we went for a sushi dinner then we had ice-cream. It feels amazing having him back especially that he made me laugh so hard from my heart.

I woke up super early today because I will have to fight hard to get my training routine back again. Guess everyone have their ups and downs, I hope I will have enough energy for it.

Ohhhhh that amazing feeling after the power walk, I missed my gym and so happy to be back. Puss Puss XoXo

Morning struggle .. Not any more!!

Do you struggle to get out of bed in the morning and get to the gym?

I know it can be hard to find the motivation when you first wake up especially in the cold winter, but it’s so worth it when you make the effort and go. Set your alarm and put your phone on the other side of the room. That way when it goes off in the morning you have to get up and out of bed to turn it off. Prepare your gym clothes the night before and have them laid out and ready to go. Most importantly as soon as you wake up remember why you are doing it. If you want the results then you will have to get up and work for it. Plus don’t forget that summer bodies are always made in the winter.

I also have another tip/trick when it comes to waking up early. I usually spent the night writing. I prefer to write at night, because my mornings, afternoons, and early evenings had filled my body with inspiration. Writing in the night much better, because it’s simply just me being myself and pouring out the emotions that I’ve gathered from my day time experience and using that creativity to create something beautiful and interesting. 

Early in the morning before I get into the shower, before I step out of my pajamas, I finish the last touches then voila publish it. 

That way I always have the motivation to wake up early to be able to publish whatever I worked on in night .. Try it out!!
