Do you know those people who constantly have something to say about what you’re doing or how you look? The ones who like to bring you down or ruin your smile whenever you make an effort to improve yourself or your life!
I’m sure we all know at least one person like that!
My friend Jamie Sallmen said to me once that those people should be ignored. Nothing they have to say is valuable.
So stand tall, be proud of yourself and ignore those negative people. They love trying to make others feel as miserable as they do! Don’t you dare let them get to you!
Keep doing what makes you happy! Focus on your shit because it is your life after all!
Let them talk behind your back, because that’s where they will be staying 😉
I’m so glad that after many years of taking care of others and have them as priorities before me, I took the courage to start do my shit, being able to ignore others and what they think about what I do!
Many people lately have their opinion in what I I do and that I workout much etc etc. But I do exercise because I think it goes pretty good for me and it makes me active, fresh and a happy person.
Many people who are negative and depressed like to put others down cause it makes it easier to remove the focus from their bad habits to another. I am usually told that I put pressure on others, but I try to put it into something positive to inspire them and allow them to escape their negativity!!
Time to just do your shit and respect other people choices.

Have you ever thought about the true meaning of dignity?
