Stockholm is giving us rain and grey weather for another day and I’ve been suffering from migraine. But I ended up taking photos in the rain anyways!
My day started in the gym after five days in bed without training. it is good to be back though I was gonna faint and I had to leave before time.
No I don’t love the rain … but today I aim for positive goals, small things that make me happy.
Even on a bad day, throw out those good good vibes and watch it all come back to you. Your vibe attracts your tribe!!

Unfortunately I caught a really bad head cold, so I was suffering from continues headache since I came from Sweden. Touch wood, I don’t have also a sore throat or fever!!
Yesterday was a gym day, after doing my power walk in the morning, I went again in the afternoon for some lifting .. Oh yeah I felt so good.
SHIT MY BACK IS SORE! Haha .. It was fun though.
As today I can barely squeeze a workout into my day, I will take time to focus on stretching to improve my range of motion, flexibility, increase circulation, and calm my mind.
