Morning struggle .. Not any more!!

Do you struggle to get out of bed in the morning and get to the gym?

I know it can be hard to find the motivation when you first wake up especially in the cold winter, but it’s so worth it when you make the effort and go. Set your alarm and put your phone on the other side of the room. That way when it goes off in the morning you have to get up and out of bed to turn it off. Prepare your gym clothes the night before and have them laid out and ready to go. Most importantly as soon as you wake up remember why you are doing it. If you want the results then you will have to get up and work for it. Plus don’t forget that summer bodies are always made in the winter.

I also have another tip/trick when it comes to waking up early. I usually spent the night writing. I prefer to write at night, because my mornings, afternoons, and early evenings had filled my body with inspiration. Writing in the night much better, because it’s simply just me being myself and pouring out the emotions that I’ve gathered from my day time experience and using that creativity to create something beautiful and interesting.

Early in the morning before I get into the shower, before I step out of my pajamas, I finish the last touches then voila publish it.

That way I always have the motivation to wake up early to be able to publish whatever I worked on in night .. Try it out!!

Not dieting .. It is a healthy journey!!

ABS

I gained some kilos extra during xmas and new year long holiday – me in “before” pic – then I started the #bfit3 on Monday 12/1/2015, and the “after” pic is taken yesterday on Thursday 16/1/2015 🙈😁

The truth is, I didn’t lose any lbs as I was hoping. I kept asking myself yesterday: Am I not flexing? I don’t have a six pack yet. Am I depressed? Do I feel fat? Do I feel insecure?!

NOO, not at all. I am on a lifelong journey, not a crash diet phase. The journey I’m on is about being healthy and loving myself whether I have a six pack or a little bit of baby ABS. Can you see my baby ABS?!

Everyday I try my best to live a balanced lifestyle and try to pick up, move on and not give up.

Yes with social media in our face everyday showing pictures of “perfect” bodies it’s sometimes hard to love ourselves but I’m taking it step by step and one day I will look my best. I’m gonna celebrate this baby ABS and remind myself that my journey is just that, trying to make that best better than yesterday.

I will work my butt off to get there but today I love myself and I’m just as confident with my body as I will be when I reach my goal.

I already love the new circuit workouts because they combine cardio and strength moves, providing a fantastic total-body workout. Plus they’re the perfect boredom-buster!!

Why the “Dflex your body Workout” Works?! Because:

  1. Efficient workout. David has created a circuit workouts that alternates strength and cardio so my heart rate stays elevated, what should optimize fat burn and blast significantly more calories than most traditional strength plans.
  2. Variety Exercises. Switching up the intensity and duration of my cardio sessions keeps me active. And because I always work my muscles in different ways, i already feel that my body is tighter.
  3. I felt my body tighter because of every strong and vital move I make, from squats to push-ups.
  4. The regular workout routine which was designed for me boost my body fitness, my mood and energy level.
  5. I usually struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep but since I started training I can fall asleep faster and for longer time.

IMG_7710I already have tons more energy and I’m determined to keep up my routine! There are so many super women at this training, follow us on Instagram using the hashtag #bfit3 🙂
