“SOMETIMES YOU JUST NEED TO LOOK DOWN TO FIND YOUR INSPIRATION”

For the last few of weeks, every morning I wake up, get dressed and put the shoes on that will take me through my day. But finding the motivation isn’t that easy.

I remember when I began my fitness journey, I was not super healthy. For me it was no matter where I am or where I begin, what mattered was where I will end when I’m quite old.

I believe that all it takes is that first step we decide to take. Seriously, put one foot in front of the other and begin. It is not hard and it doesn’t require turning our lives upside down.

REMEMBER TO NOT LOOK LIKE ME, LOOK LIKE YOU. YOU ARE SIMPLY UNIQUE!!

I might inspire you and that is good but when I was younger, I was afraid to be myself, it is not easy to be different, now I don’t care what people think – we are all different in a way or another.

I can’t say I’m super confident, I’m no perfect BUT I’m super fine with who I’m today. So be like you not like anyone else!

Don’t get fit because you think you should or because someone told you but because you deserve to live a full, healthy and happy life. Get fit because you are the only one who will live in that body for long time.

Start small because the best result comes with those small adjustments to the things we do every day.

I have been sacrificing an hour of sleep to get up early and go training. Yes I felt I want to snuggle more into bed but believe me I feel super happy after my workout, especially when I see myself getting the right technique.

I’m trading up those hours of sleep for some healthy habits that’ll help me find more balance.

In the end don’t wait for the right time because you’ll have to spent your whole life waiting instead of living.

We’ve all experienced negative moods – whether it’s feeling feeling sad after receiving some bad news or feeling lost and depressed. such feelings impact on how we think.

So do you need an emotional lift? Or need to blow off some steam after a stressful day?

A workout at the gym or a walk can help. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

Adding more cardio to your life will boost your productivity, rev your energy, and turn you into an unstoppable success machine.

Exercise has another vital role, It signals the release of several key hormones, including serotonin, the famed mood booster; dopamine, which affects learning and attention; and norepinephrine, which influences attention, perception, motivation, and arousal.

Yesterday night I prepared my gym clothes and sat my alarm clock and decided to join again the BodyFit class which was instructed by David and Jamie.

Exercise always affected my level of happiness, and I feel the  rushing through. what a JOY 🙂

Cold days and Friends..

OMG Sometimes when it is -13C in Stockholm, I cannot remember why I chose to come to this country, but here I am, standing with my friend Jamie on the cold streets taking photos and having fun.

It’s amazing how our memories work and what sticks in it. We started this year by wandering the streets sharing stories and giggles.

After freezing our fingers, we decided to go for a healthy lunch, then we followed that by going to SATS to train together.

It is much easier to workout when you have friends that interested!

Jamie is gonna start her Piloxing training this week, so you should come and try it out with us. There is a lot to learn from her, and she generously shared with me some fun tips and showed me some techniques.
